The Dynamic QR Code is managed through your Tap and Share account. If your Google Review link changes, you can update the destination without replacing the physical device.

Where should I install it?

Install the Epoxy Disc on a clean, dry and smooth surface where customers can easily see and access it. Clean the surface before installation and allow the adhesive to bond securely.

How does the Lifetime Hardware Replacement Warranty work?

The Tap and Share Epoxy Disc is covered by our Lifetime Hardware Replacement Warranty while your Tap and Share subscription remains active.

If the device experiences a covered hardware failure during normal use, Tap and Share will provide a replacement device, subject to the following conditions:

• The Tap and Share subscription linked to the device must be active and fully paid at the time of the claim.
• Coverage is limited to one replacement for each registered device during any rolling 12-month period.
• The warranty covers hardware failure resulting from normal use.
• The warranty does not cover loss, theft, misuse, deliberate damage, accidental damage, unauthorised alterations, incorrect installation, normal cosmetic wear or damage caused by external forces.
• Proof of purchase, registered device details and reasonable evidence of the fault may be required.
• Tap and Share may require the faulty device to be returned before a replacement is issued.
• A replacement may be the same model or an equivalent current model if the original product is no longer available.
• Postage, removal and installation costs are not included unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If the subscription is cancelled, suspended or expires, this additional Lifetime Hardware Replacement Warranty ends. Reactivating a subscription does not provide coverage for damage or failure that occurred while the subscription was inactive.
