Who is this subscription page for?
This page is for customers who already own compatible Tap and Share Google Review hardware and only need a Dashboard subscription.
Will any hardware be shipped?
No. This is a subscription-only activation. No physical products or delivery services are included.
What is an access code?
Your access code identifies the existing Connected Device that needs to be added to your Dashboard. Enter one code per line.
Can I change my Google Review link later?
Yes. You can update your Google Review link through your Tap and Share Dashboard without replacing the physical device.
How soon will my devices be activated?
Our team will review your subscription and existing access codes. Activation and account details are normally completed within one business day.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Connected Devices stop working if the subscription becomes inactive.
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers tap the NFC device or scan its QR code with a compatible smartphone. No app is required.
