This page is for customers who have already purchased compatible Tap and Share Google Review hardware advertised with a 30-Day Free Trial | Subscription Required.
I already purchased my device. Will anything else be shipped?
No. This page activates the hardware you have already purchased. No additional hardware is shipped as part of activation.
What is an access code?
Your access code identifies the Tap and Share device you purchased so it can be connected to your Dashboard. Enter one code per line.
Can I change my Google Review link later?
Yes. You can update your Google Review link through your Tap and Share Dashboard without replacing the physical device.
How soon will my devices be activated?
Our team will review your activation, PayPal subscription and access code(s). Activation and account details are normally completed within one business day.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. After the included 30-day free trial, the subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Connected Devices stop working if the subscription becomes inactive.
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers tap the NFC device or scan its QR code with a compatible smartphone. No app is required.
